Conducting a community dialogue is beneficiary to find a solution and to bring different part of the community together so that we can ensure Sustainable peace mutual co-existence in our community. Taking this into consideration CDCB has taken the initiative to bring the platform to various towns.

In today’s training topics such as: pre conditions for dialogue will be discussed in depth. To name few common theme, minimum level of sympathy, horizontal structure, and inclusiveness are few to be discussed on this topic. Following this designing community dialogue and dialogue facilitation will also be covered in today’s session. The next topic to be thought for the day is   evaluating both the session of a dialogue and the process of a dialogue.  We expect that this training is going to help our youth volunteers give them a good understanding on dialogue and dialogue facilitation skill.
