Training on Indigenous conflict management practice and approach-Day 2

In different society there are various approaches that is taken to resolve issues that might arise in a community. Since conflicts are inevitable to avoid, one should have knowledge and skills on how to address and deal with any issue in their daily life.

On the first session of the second day of training on “indigenous conflict management practice and approach” for Negele, Arsi youth volunteers focused on the different types of conflict resolution approach. On the second session, features of traditional and modern conflict resolution mechanisms was also briefly discussed. Trainees has discussed some of the ways that they have been practicing to resolve issues that may come about in their life.
